Golf Clinics & Experiences
The QLD PGA Championship is widely known for it’s engagement in the community with activities relating to Juniors, Ladies, non-golfers, Golf Club Members and alike, forming part of the PGA and Nudgee Golf Club’s strategy to ensure the game of golf benefits from the championship being played. Below are a range of clinics, activities and experiences available throughout the tournament week.
Tuesday 29th October 2024
What: Free Ladies Beginner Clinic
About: Designed for women who are new or starting in the game of golf, come along and have some fun, meet some new people and maybe even learn a few things from the PGA Professionals.
When: 9:30am-11:30am

What: Free Ladies Experienced Clinic
About: Designed for those golfers already a member of a golf club, come along and learn from some of the PGA Professionals competing in the QLD PGA Championship at Nudgee Golf Club.
When: 9:30am-11:30am

Both of these clinics will see PGA Professionals providing tips and advice, signing autographs not to mention some great gifts and Lunch and Beverages all for FREE.

9:45am – Clinic mixed between driving range and putting green
11:00am – Photos, Lunch and Beverages provided
12pm – Clinic Concludes

What: Get Into Golf All Abilities Clinic
About: Designed for adults with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities who may not feel supported in mainstream Get Into Golf programs, this FREE clinic provides an opportunity for such individuals to get involved with the QLD PGA Championship.

What: Free MyGolf Junior Clinic
About: Designed for kids of all ages, this FREE clinic is designed to inspire the next generation of golfers.

What: Junior Chip and Putt Challenge
About: 56 Junior Golfers from surrounding Golf Clubs in Brisbane will have an opportunity to compete in a chipping and putting challenge with 6 positions around the 9th Green and the Putting Green chosen for Juniors to play.
When: 2pm
Cost: FREE
How: Contact the Junior Coordinator at your Golf Club to see how you can be chosen to represent your Golf Club in the Challenge.
